The next world record was set in Dubai - the largest number of jumps from the bridge on a rubber cable (the so-called bungee) was made in the emirate.
Dubai pleased all lovers of extreme sports - on March 21, the city made the largest number of jumps on a rubber cable in 24 hours. This achievement was recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.
The greatest number of "bungee jumps", jumping on a rubber cable from a bridge in 24 hours, was made by a native of Great Britain, Colin Philips, together with Gravity Zone at the Dubai circuit on March 21, 2014.
Extreme managed to make 151 jumps from the bungee per day. This record was set for a reason, and as part of an action in support of the fight against breast cancer in the Middle East.
The athlete was supported by the Gravity Zone company, which organized a bungee jumping ground in the United Arab Emirates together with the Bungee Club UK.
