Dubai set another high-altitude record in the Guinness Book of Records. This time it was recognized that the highest apartments in the world are located in the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, whose total cost is about $ 1.5 billion.

Burj Khalifa is a skyscraper in Dubai, designed by Emaar Properties, officially opened in Dubai on January 4, 2010.

The building, resembling stalagmite in shape, is itself the tallest structure in the world, with a spire of 180 meters.

The highest residential floor in this skyscraper is located at an altitude of 385 m. The architects of Burj Khalifa were professionals from Chicago - the company Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. The height of the entire skyscraper is 828 m.

The Khalifa Tower is a key element of the business center in Dubai, it houses the hotel, offices and residential apartments from the 77th to the 108th floor.
