IHG Introduces New Middle East Hotel Brand in Dubai
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the imminent opening of Voco Dubai, which marks the brand's debut in the Middle East.
IHG launched Voco last June, opening the first hotel under this brand in Australia. It was followed by the launch of two more establishments in the UK.
Earlier this year, the IHG also announced that Voco Al Khobar would open in Saudi Arabia later this year.
Voco Dubai is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and offers 471 rooms.
Voco Dubai also has an outdoor pool, gym and spa. It offers restaurants in Lebanon, French, Indian and mixed cuisines, as well as the TRE bar, located on the 51st floor, and 21 conference rooms.
IHG currently operates 92 hotels of six brands in the Middle East, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and Voco. Another 36 establishments are due to open over the next three to five years.
