Enigma's new ambitious project at Palazzo Versace is ready to storm Dubai's culinary market.
Enigma will be the first restaurant where the concept of the establishment and world-class chefs will change four times a year. Picky guests, be prepared - each new chapter will take you on a new unexpected journey. Even the menu will be kept secret - until the guests plunge into the almost surreal world of gourmet delights. The first of the culinary masters at Enigma will be Kike Dacosta, known for his radical and avant-garde approach, whose restaurant in Spain (named after him) has earned three Michelin stars and is listed in Restaurant Magazine's 50 Best Restaurants in the World.
